Dr Margaret Tadros


/CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Dr Margaret Tadros holds both a Masters degree and PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Sydney. She has 20 years of experience working as a clinical psychologist, initially as a Clinical Psychologist on the ADAPT pain management program at the Pain Management and Research Centre, Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. She then moved into the private sector, working for Dr Timothy J. Sharp and Associates, treating a wide range of psychological problems in addition to maintaining her speciality in chronic pain. She was also given responsibility for the training, clinical supervision and professional development of the practice’s clinical psychologists. During this period the practice gained an enviable reputation for clinical excellence and for high standards of professional supervision and development. Whilst building the extent of her clinical experience, she also maintained her PhD studies focusing on the relationship between chronic pain and posttraumatic stress. Her PhD was completed in 2008.

In 2010 she established her private practice, initially in Glebe and now in Leichhardt. Also in 2010 she was appointed by WorkCover NSW to the role of Independent Psychology Consultant, which involves reviewing the treatments provided to injured workers and making recommendations to insurers regarding psychological treatment.

Dr Bradley Wood


/CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Dr Bradley Wood holds a Masters degree from the University of New South Wales and a PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Sydney. He has 20 years of experience working as a clinical psychologist and currently works as a Senior Clinical Psychologist on the ADAPT pain management program at the Michael J Cousins Pain Management and Research Centre, Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. He is also a Senior Clinical Lecturer in the Graduate Studies in Pain Management Program through the Sydney Medical School at the University of Sydney. Following the completion of his PhD in 2012, he continues to be actively involved in research with colleagues at The Pain Management Research Institute at the University of Sydney. He has many articles published in peer reviewed journals. In addition to his clinical, research and teaching roles at Royal North Shore Hospital and the University of Sydney, he also works part-time for Dr Margaret Tadros Clinical Psychology.
